WaPo recommends:

If you want an Ivy League education, you could fork over $200 grand or so and go to Cornell or Harvard for four years. Alternatively, you could save a ton of cash by simply reading the same books Ivy League students are assigned.

Can’t wait to share this with my high school students. Assuming this data is accurate—which the Open Syllabus Project does not guarantee—our students at Providence Prep and Cottage Press will be well-prepared. They will be familiar with more than a few of the books and poems on this list.
